Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Yol Durum("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License

Pixmech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Use and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious reports (e.g., fake police checkpoints, accidents, or hazards)
• Attempt to manipulate the community verification system through automated upvotes/dismissals, multiple devices, or spoofed locations
• Interact with the App in a way that violates local traffic or distracted-driving laws while operating a vehicle
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the App

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Pixmech and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. User Content

Any data or content you create within the App remains yours. Pixmech does not claim ownership of any user-generated content. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Pixmech does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixmech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

Additional Information

Yol Durum relies on user-submitted, community-verified reports and cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any report shown in the App. Traffic, hazard, and law-enforcement information is provided for general road-awareness purposes only and must not be treated as your sole basis for driving decisions — always obey posted traffic signs, speed limits, and applicable laws regardless of what is shown in the App. Reports automatically expire after 24 hours; Pixmech is not responsible for outdated, inaccurate, or removed reports. Yol Durum offers a monthly or yearly auto-renewable Premium subscription that removes ads and unlocks CarPlay support. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. The App uses Apple's StoreKit for subscriptions and CarPlay frameworks, subject to Apple's terms. Using a handheld device to submit reports while driving is illegal in many jurisdictions — only interact with the App when safely stopped, use CarPlay or voice-assisted interaction while driving, or have a passenger do so on your behalf.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

9. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
