1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Pixmech ("I", "me", "my") handles information in connection with the ITK Anadolu-88app ("the App"). I take your privacy seriously and am committed to protecting your personal data.
2. Data Collection
ITK Anadolu-88 does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The App is designed to work entirely on your device. I do not operate any servers that receive data from the App, and I have no access to any information you enter or generate within the App.
3. Analytics & Tracking
The App does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks. No usage data, device identifiers, or behavioral information is collected or shared with third parties.
4. Data Storage & Security
All data you create within the App is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, all associated data will be permanently removed from your device.
5. Your Privacy Rights
You have control over your information. You can disable notifications in iOS Settings, limit analytics tracking through iOS Privacy settings, and delete all app data by removing the App from your device.
If you are in the European Union, you have rights under the GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, data portability, and the right to object to processing. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA including the right to know, delete, and opt-out of data sale (note: I do not sell data).
6. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact me and I will promptly delete it.
7. Additional Information
ITK Anadolu-88 does not collect personal information, does not require an account, and does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. All countdowns, target dates, and any photos you choose from your photo library are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to a server. Photo Library access is used only to let you pick a background image for a countdown — the App does not access, upload, or share your photos with anyone. Widget and notification data (countdown titles and dates) stays on your device and is used solely to display the countdown or notify you when a target date arrives. You can delete all data at any time by removing individual countdowns in the App or by uninstalling the App.
8. Changes to This Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
